Dallas Powder Room and a Water Stain

The exhaust venting duct in this Dallas powder room malfunctioned and condensation accumulated inside the attic void. The slow dripping led to staining of the sheetrock walls and ceiling. The damage was not extensive, and SERVPRO technicians are trained to correct the water damage with a minimal amount of physical changes. We can fix the drip and dry out the attic crawlspace and cardboard backing of the drywall material without removing any of these materials.
